In the unlikely event that Ayur Mahotsava cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fees. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs.
If an event is rescheduled, registered participants will have the option to attend on the new date or request a full refund.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the event date or cancellation announcement.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment.
Once processed, the refund amount will be credited to the customer's original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider's processing timelines.
